Problem for change from demo licence to buyed licence

Hi,  

I have buyed the licence for Jira.
I have changed the licence but now i see this error:

I tried to reinstall the software but I hacve always the same error.
Can you help me?

When did you buy the license?

According to the message your license expired on 10/jun/2017 so you're not allowed to use a version newer than that date

Thanks Charlie. Yes, I have tried on June, and I but the licence this year.
I delete my old Jira installation and I run a new installation.
But the problem persists. Where am I wrong in your opinion? Thanks so much!

You need to give it the new licence key.

If you've bought a licence this year, then you can get the key for it from my.atlassian.com and paste it into the box you've part redacted

Hi, I bought the licence at 17 gen 2018. But if I insert this licence doens't work.
What could be the problem?
