Jira training error codes

I keep receiving errors when trying to access the Jira training module. Different errors each time. I have a Jira server deployment.

Which training module/App are you using? Is it this one from Marketplace?

It should not if you're not using the trial of the beforementioned App.
But, you could choose "Training and Certification" instead in order to move forward, I am sorry but there is likely no better path in case the Support System does not recognize your account.
From Community we cannot see if there is an expired maintenance or something, only Support can clarify this, I am afraid.
