Is there a way to display help center announcements when users are viewing their request.

Is there a way to display help center announcements when users are viewing their request. Currently the announcement only is displayed on the project portal homepage. I would like for the users to see this announcement when they are looking at their request for that project.

Hi @nilo soto I'm not aware of a way to do this for each Service Request.  I took a look at Atlassian's Jira Site and didn't see any similar requests out there for something like this.  If you'd like, you can create a suggestion with some details regarding how it works.  Having some background for how it would help you out would be good too.
