Is it possible to create a lot of customers with an Excel file ?

I have to create a lot of customers  (around 400).

Is it possible to avoid to do it one by one ?

I can have a .csv file on an Excek File, can I import it in JIRA Service Desk to automatically create all these customers ?

Hi Sylvain,

Unless you want to create every customer account with proper 'Display name' (i.e. NOT their email address) here's a quick way to add alot of customers with a single stroke:

Create a list off all your customers' emails with one email per line, like so:

user1@company.com
user2@company.com
user3@company.com
.................
.................
userN@company.com

Then copy this list to clipboard. 

Go to the project you want to create your customers in and click on "Customers", click on "Add customers" button and paste your list there.

Done!

This will create an account for every customer you've added and also add them to your project.
