Hi,
Is it possible via Automation or some way in Data Center 8.20 to send an email via automation when the ticket is in a specific status , the email needs to be sent to a specific Email DL.
Regards
Marcus
Hi Josh,
Yes, you should be able to do that. The best thing I can tell you is to do a simple test and check it out. When you do the Send Email action, you will need to type the full DL email address and then click on it for it to same in the To. field.
Hi
I did try that but it only ever shows 2 selections to choose either Involved Customers or Reporter. When I try typing an email address..it won't allow it.
Thanks

Hi the To only has 2 preset choices ( Customers Involved and Reporter). It won't let me confirm/ save if I type in any other email there.

I agreed with what @John Funk stated. The send email action should not have the issue that you mentioned.
Example - You can just enter the DL address in the To box in the action UI
If you can, please post your screenshot that you are seeing on your DC env, so we can further assist.
