We would like to automatically generate tickets on JSM through Emails, however our IT-security restrictions do not allow us to connect directly to the mail server through IMAP or POP.
Would there be any other way to go about this through "proxy"?
Or are there known Addon "Plugin" to bypass such direct connection?
