Jira Upgradation

Hi Team,

While upgrading Jira, we are also upgrading the plugin versions. However, if the plugin licenses have expired and we apply a Data Center (DC) trial license for those plugins, will this cause any errors during the Jira upgrade?

Hello @prajakta.desai ,

make sure to disable all add-ons before starting the upgrade.

After the upgrade is done, you can start enabling one add-on at a time , so you can provide a new trial license for each.

That shouldn't be an issue.

I totally agree with @Michel Mbayed . Also, remember there is a checklist before your migration. It will help you get a good migration with minimal issues.
