How to change the help center url?

By the screenshot, I believe you are referring to Jira help center URL.
I'm afraid currently this is not a current feature of the product according to this community article.
However, I'd like to share the following feature request and recommend you upvote it.

Once you setup the help center url when you create your service management account, you cannot change it, am I right? Even though you are subscription account?
