Hi Vinay,

Jira Align allows you to understand which changes have been done to an object by whom and when. Comparing this "audit" functionality against for example Confluence page versions, it enables a comprehensive understanding of all the changes which happened to the object, but you cannot compare versions or reinstate past versions of those objects.
