Can a custom Kanban Board in Jira Align be duplicated?

Not at this time, as far as I know.
To my knowledge, Jira Align is not adding any additional support for the custom Kanban functionality. The last update I saw was back in September 2019 in Release Notes for 10.55.
I believe that Jira Align is focused on the Backlog Kanban functionality and continuously improving it.
