Making data security easier to configure at enterprise scale

Many enterprise organizations face a common challenge: as collaboration scales, security policies become harder to manage consistently. Many of you have told us you want a model where data is secured by default, with access and sharing opened only through exceptions.

With our newest Atlassian Guard feature, the organization-level data security policy, we’re making this easier by simplifying our approach. Admins can now enforce policies, like blocking public links, while still allowing teams to manage exceptions when needed.
