What are the minimum hardware requirements on Confluence for?

I can see the minimum requirements for confluence are displayed:

* CPU: Quad core 2GHz+ CPU
* RAM: 6GB
* Minimum database space: 10GB

Would anyone be able to tell me the amount of users this is for? We are trying to size our hardware for 100 users.

In my opinion, that is little undersized even for a small instance (and I think it is outdated). You have to look at how much of the main memory gets chewed up by the OS and other apps. But that should support 100 users.
