SQL DBUser Permissions for Confluence setup

I am trying to setup the Confluence with Microsoft SQL and i have a question about the user explicit permissions if this code will work

USE {DBNameHere};
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES TO {UserDBUSerName Here};
GO
