Links in newly updated pdfs don't work anymore

Can anybody help me? I updated a pdf, that I uploaded and since then some links (specially the updated ones) in the document don't work anymore, only if i download the pdf. But the older links work, when I open the pdf on confluence.

Did the links work before it was uploaded?  How are you adding the links to the PDF?

Yes, they did. I converted a Word-Version with links to pdf and they normaly work in a pdf too. 

Meanwhile I tried again. In some documents they work - in some they don't. I just have to upload an upload them again, till they work. It's trying, but what can I do?

It's on our Intranet, so: cloud?

No. it's specially for our canton.

Sounds like you are on server.  Do you have any apps installed that could impact PDF or attachments?

[Sabina]

Not that I know of. But what do I know. We have an IT-Admin-Division, who constantly update our security.
