[Jira to Confluence]: can I tag or "mentioned in" individual confluence PRD's in jira tickets?

Hello Community!

I know that I can go into a PRD in Confluence and add tickets to the prd, and then when I visit the ticket in JIRA the prd and ticket will be related. 

I'm wondering if I can do the reverse. 

When a team member is creating a ticket, is there a way for them to automatically link it to a PRD in Confluence directly from JIRA?
