We are exporting content reports as CSV files from Confluence Cloud Analytics, but since December 2, 2025, only a limited number of pages have been included in the export.
On December 1, the CSV export contained several thousand pages, however from December 2 onward, only around 200 pages of content information are exported.
We have experienced a similar issue in the past, so we waited to see if it would resolve on its own, but it has been over two weeks and there has been no improvement.
Could you please let us know when this issue is expected to be fixed?

This is not expected behavior and is most likely a backend issue with Confluence Analytics exports, not a configuration problem on your side.
When a CSV export suddenly drops from thousands of pages to only a few hundred, it usually indicates a data processing or export limit issue introduced during a backend change or rollout. Since this started on December 2 and has persisted for weeks, it’s unlikely to resolve on its own.
At the moment, there is no user-side workaround to force a full export. This needs to be investigated and fixed by Atlassian Engineering.
The recommended next steps are:
Check the Atlassian Status page for any ongoing Analytics-related incidents
Raise a support ticket with Atlassian, including:
Date when the issue started
Approximate number of pages expected vs exported
Confirmation that this worked correctly before December 2
Only Atlassian Support can confirm timelines or apply a fix for this issue.
