yes, the same content in different languages on a single Confluence page and also show the country flag.

You can no longer buy apps for Server (you indicated you are on Server, not on Cloud), so that won't be possible unless you would switch to Data Center.

As Dave mentioned, the first thing you need to do is find an app for it in the Marketplace, try it out, and buy it if you like it.

If you decide to use the Translations for Confluence app (I belong to the vendor of this app and am therefore biased), you can find instructions on how to use it to insert page titles and content translations here.
