How to get Confluence Space ID from Space Key

I have been using Cloud Confluence here now. I want to get and know Confluence Space ID from Confluence Space Name or Space Key without searching contents in DB. Is there any easy way to realize this request? Any way to realize this request without seaching the contents in DB?

You can get this via REST API in Cloud.

Try this:

https://YOURURL.atlassian.net/wiki/rest/api/space/KEY

You'll find your space ID listed as "id" in what that URL returns.
