How to create conditional text area

For example, when taking a survey in ConfluPage,
There are below selection area.
Yes
No
Other

I would like to be able to type Comment Free Text only when the choice is "Other".
Is that possible way in conflu function?

Are you using Confluence Server/DC or Cloud? are you using an app to collect surveys in Confluence?
