How to check entries that are submitted using a confiform?

I have created a confiform. Whenever details are entered and submitted a jira form will be created and a mail is sent to my manager with the jira link, so that he can track. I have also added remove page watcher and delete confiforms entry in the confiform configurations. Because of this all the entries have been deleted i guess. Today when a guy submitted the form, mail that is sent to my manager has invalid jira link. So, I wanted to know the entries that guy has filled. But I am unable to do that. Can anyone please help me to find the past entries to that confiform?

If I read your question correctly then you seems to delete the data in ConfiForms form right on submission.

In this way you cannot see the data used on submission to create a ticket in Jira

Out of curiosity - what was wrong with the link to Jira? How was it broken?
