How does the Confluence sandbox work?

File preview was not working in Confluence, so I searched for information and found that it was working in Sandbox. So how can we find out how the sandbox works?

I don't understand the question, but here is the general documentation of the feature:

Note that if these are images that you want to preview, then maybe those were not copied together with other media files?
