How do I set restrictions if there is no lock icon?

Hi, I don't seem to have the little lock icon on the page I'm wikipage I'm creating - but it was there yesterday when I created another page. Any other ways to access the restrictions set up? Thank you!

The most likely reason is that you have not been given "restrict page" permission in this space. Talk to your space admins to get it.
