How can I hide pages yet keep them searchable?

My customer wants the pages I create to be hidden from the user, but searchable from the main page.  Currently, I can put the pages I create at the same level as the main page using the IFTTT macro.  When I move them to the same level as the main page using content tools, then they become hidden.  However, when I search for the pages I just created, it is no longer found using the confluence Livesearch macro.  How can I:
1) Automatically move the newly created page so that it is hidden without using space tools.

2) Searchable by the Livesearch macro in the main ConfiForm.

Thank you in advance.

Hi

You can move pages with ConfiForms, see https://wiki.vertuna.com/display/CONFIFORMS/Configuring+ConfiForms+IFTTT+actions+and+rules#ConfiguringConfiFormsIFTTTactionsandrules-MovePage

You can also create pages under specific page root with ConfiForms. Just set the parent page parameter in the macro
