Error rendering macro 'viewxls'

We have multiple confluence pages that contain excel tables. Four of our pages have been working fine for years, and then all of a sudden stopped working and started showing the error "com.atlassian.confluence.macro.MacroExecutionException: com.atlassian.confluence.macro.MacroExecutionException: The viewfile macro is unable to locate the attachment "nodes.xlsx" on this page"

It is not a filepath issue as we have other very similar scripts that upload excel files from the same filepath (using the same permissions) The page IDs haven't changed.

We haven't upgraded or changed anything recently. I've confirmed the spreadsheets are in the correct file path, populated and are all only ~10kb in size. We're on version 9.2.1
