Confluence create Jira issue question

Question

Hi, I am wondering if the shortcut in confluence when you select text and it give option to make a jira issue out of it can be modified.  I would like to have more entry fields pop up rather than just ‘project’ and ‘summary’.  I would like to fill in ‘issue type’, ‘component’, and ‘assignee’ as well.   This would be awesome if this is possible.  Does anyone have any insight on this?  Much thanks, Keea

I've seen a few similar questions to this one before. You should be able to select the basic fields as you mentioned as long as they're required fields. However, I'm afraid that the ability to map additional fields beyond the basic ones it's not available since the CONFSERVER-31867 hasn't been resolved yet.
