Confiform updates not showing on my form after saving?

I am very new to Confluence, so this may be a simple fix. I am creating a new Confiform field and saving the form, but any new field I create does not show up after saving. Am I doing something wrong?

How does you form look like? And where do you expect to see the result? Have you created some kind of a ConfiForms view (TableView, CardView, etc)?

I added a Confiform field definition component - a simple text box and when saving out the form it is not showing. This form was built out by someone else, so I also attempted to copy and paste pre-existing fields that are showing up, but to no avail. :(

Hard to guess - could you show what do you have built already?

A screenshot or a few from the Confluence editor may be... or sharing the page storage format
