Can you deep link to a tab for users not signed in?

Hi Everyone,

Is it possible to deep link to a tab in a page, when a user is not signed in?

Currently, when a user signs in the tab value after the '#' is forgotten.

please specify if you are on a cloud or sever/dc instance. In the second case you could add a javascript.
