Bug in search bars as it does not display the text in which space the search will be performed any.

I have created 2 search bars to perform search in different spaces based on their labels. It always displayed the text in which space the search will be performed. Nothing has been changed, but for some reason users just see 2 basic search bars and do not know what these are meant for. Please help!

Welcome to the community.

If I remember it correctly, I think the syntax needs to be as follows;

{livesearch:spaceKey=DOC|size=large|placeholder=Search this space}

Hi @Marc - Devoteam thanks for your reply, but the code is exactly as you mentioned above although placeholder text for some reason disappeared. Maybe it's some internal bug or something

You could recreate the searches or otherwise it might be an issue in the index or DB inconsistency.

You could then rebuilt the index, if its a DB thing!!! Lets say hope not.
