Attachment via Webdav

My current attachment storage is configured to file system in Confluence.

I cannot copy files to the folders in webdav …as if I am attaching files to the page.

How can this be accomplished?

I am able to add, delete, update pages and attachments via webdav by simply reinstalling the client.
