want to transfer bitbucket repo image to azure

I am beginner and currently am working on first creating an image of the bitbucket repo and then transferring it to azure repo. Is their any way to do it. if their is can you provide me with a link to that. It would be much appreciated if it is a step by step method as i am a beginner .
