Verify your email

Hello there, 

while I'm trying to login to bitbucket by valid email address and password,  i got "To complete setup and log in, click the verification link in the email we’ve sent to email" message and no emails sent to me.

I would like to ask a few questions so we can better help you:

1. Can you please confirm if you are trying to log in to Bitbucket Cloud (https://bitbucket.org/)?

Your question has the tag 'unknown-hosting-type', so I just want to make sure.

2. Are you trying to log in with the same email as the one of your community account?

There is a Bitbucket Cloud account with that email, however, its primary email address is already verified. Have you received the verification email since you posted?

3. In case you are trying to log in to Bitbucket with a different email address of yours, are you able to log in to https://community.atlassian.com/ with that email? I will then be able to view that email and check the status of the account, and also whether the email is blocked.

If you are not able to log in to https://community.atlassian.com/ with the email address you use when you try to log in to Bitbucket, please feel free to let me know and I can create a support ticket for you so you can share the email address privately.
