Using # instead of ? for query string value being sent on callback URL

I'm setting up our integration script to automate our process using Bitbucket's Oauth. However, the query strings from the callback URL can't be recognized whenever I try to retrieve an access token

This is an example URL that I received after calling the "Implicit Grant 4.2"

http://127.0.0.1:8000/bitbucket/cb/#access_token=Ct90ZolUfEIk1U-t_IJIMijP-i9r4ldtnbPtjgnEXP

Notice that there's a "#" instead of "?" on the URL.
