It looks like an issue with your local network from the screenshot error. I understand Firefox has no problem, but it affects Chrome and Edge.
Note that Chrome and Edge browser is based on Chromium, so I suspect you may have a proxy configured on the browser level that may have caused this issue on both browsers.
Can you check with your network team to verify if any recent change to your proxy may have blocked the Bitbucket connection?
