REST Api, Bitbucket Server

This is a question in relation to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BCLOUD-19482.

Are there REST Api endpoints for some or all settings for Bitbucket Server?

This would allow bulk operations by putting multiple consecutive statements in a command file and execute them altogether via shell script.
