We've noticed significant delays when downloading packages from the Atlassian Maven repository, resulting in longer Jenkins build times. Previously, builds were functioning smoothly until last week.

Are there any recent changes that could be causing these issues? Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
