How to recover user/groups and permissions in bitbucket datacenter?

I tried restoring RDS DB from snapshot, but still its not showing any users/groups. Is there way I can restore users/groups ?

Hi Anjum_Yaseen,

The users, groups, and permissions are stored in the database hosted on Bitbucket. If the database was corrupted, then it's almost impossible to restore the data. It is best practice to create a backup on a daily basis; if you have any last known good backup, you should move with it.
