How do I change config options which are not in the GUI?

Hi,

I have set up a push mirror to a BitBucket repo.  However, I get the error:

The receiving end does not support push operations 

Apparently, in the git repo, I have to change the config option:

receive.advertisePushOptions

How do I change this option, please?
