Cant find unsubscription on my product bitbucket

Hy,

I had the issue that i don't find a button who says cancel the monthly subcription of a product. I only see the product details and the next monthly fee ... Why it is so complicated?

The Button Manage your Subcritpion leads to Contact Details of the account where no information about licencing available ... thats missleading, but nevermind ...

My goal is to cancel all subscritpions. So where to find them in the new interface?

Hi @oepa ,

If you are a billing admin, go to https://bitbucket.org/<yourworkspace>/workspace/overview/

Click on settings icon on the right top --> Billing management 

Here you will find Change plan and option to cancel your subscription. 

Basically this routes to https://admin.atlassian.com/billing

I have deleted the workspace, it will be suspected that it would be mandatory to have a workspace to cancel your subscritpion ...

so in my case i have lost this option, cause i have deleted the workspace ... so perhaps its possible if i delete my account the subscription will be deleted ...

Hi,

In the new Atlassian admin interface, subscription controls are only visible to **Org Admins or Billing Admins**, which is why you may not see a cancel option. Viewing product details alone does not grant permission to manage billing.

Please check the following:

* Go to **admin.atlassian.com → Billing → Subscriptions**
* Make sure you are logged in with an Org/Billing Admin account
* Select the product → look for **Cancel subscription** or manage options
* If you don’t see billing details, request access from your organization’s admin

If your goal is to cancel all subscriptions, the Billing section is the correct place — not the Contact Details page. If access is correct and options are still missing, contact Atlassian Billing Support for assistance.
