Can we migrate bitbucket cluster to another bibucket cluster

Hi Team,

We need to do bitbuket migration from one cluster to other cluster including users,groups, projects and repositories.

I gone through below link but didn't get clarity

Can we do export and import using Bitucket UI otherthan REST API?

It would be great if you help on this ASAP
