Can Codedeploy plugin work with on-prem Bitbucket?

I have Bitbucket running on-prem, not on public cloud. Can the plugin work to push code to AWS codedeploy?

On-prem Bitbucket does not have CI/CD tool like Bitbucket Pipelines on Cloud. You would have to have Bamboo and then it should be possible as described here
