We had an issue on our Fortify Server that was causing builds to fail in bamboo. We resolved that issue and builds are now successful. The devs report that now bitbucket will not create a branch because it detects a build failure.
Is this what I need to do?

This is a dark site and I can send no logs. I am willing to manually type output and send it in as required. All our systems are hosted onsite with no outside connection.
