Audit log information sparse

I can't seem to find any details on who pulled / pushed code into various repositories. I am trying to do a security review of a terminated employee - any help on how to find this information would be greatly appreciated.

I do recommend to install some app from marketplace to easier do audit.

I use out-of-the-box functionality an Activity stream gadget
