When someone leaves our organisation, even after removing their Atlassian site access they are still getting status updates and update requests.
Is there a way to remove them from a project as it doesn't look like it in the UI?
What user directories are you using here?
There is a problem with site access, but how you might fix it depends on what Jira is using for the user list.
