DNS won't verify

I have followed the instructions given to update my domain records on my domain site. But it won't verify with Atlassian. I am at a loss as to why.

Hi @InEssence Biz Sol ,

The verification is pretty straight forward.  As long as you copy text record to your DNS site, it will be able to verify. However, it depends on your DNS server location. It needs to be publicly accessible, so that the cloud can reach it. 

Would recommend raising an Atlassian ticket if you still have issue after verifying network connecitvity between the cloud and your DNS server.
