[Rovo at Work video 🎥] our latest AI innovations have dropped!

FY26 Q4- Community - Article Banner - 2000×332_A.png

Ever asked AI something and got an answer that sounds great… cue every single corporate buzzword … but doesn’t actually help you do anything? 😅

We’ve all been there.

That’s exactly what we’re trying to fix with Rovo at Work: AI that moves work forward.

In this episode, my teammates and I walk through what it actually looks like to use Rovo day-to-day by bringing AI directly into your flow, grounded in your context, and actually helping move work forward (not just giving generic answers).

Here’s a quick preview:

💬 Which of these would be most useful for you right now - Remix, Skills, or Rovo Dev in Jira? Tell us in the comments!

And if you want to go deeper with full demos + examples, check out the full video here:

Cool. Cool cool cool.

But um, @Reni Carlson any idea when this might actually start rolling out?

In our App updates the Status shows as "Coming Soon", with a Rollout schedule of "No timeframe yet". :-{

Some of my users are anxious to check it out.

Thanks!

I tested 3 Premium sites with Rovo beta features enabled, I'm an org admin on two.

No sign of Remix.

Remix is seriously exciting. It really doubles down on the idea of data staying in one place, where you can actually do everything with it.

I can definitely see myself using Remix a lot, and I’m looking forward to learning more about it at Team 26 in Anaheim...👀

I asked my CSM when we might see Remix on our instances (Bundled and Preview release tracks) and got this answer:

It's currently rolled out to 1% of customers and should be at 100% by the end of May.  I don't have insight into when you'll receive it unfortunately.

Ugh. I wrote back:

Do you have any information on if Remix will be rolled out as part of:

It's clear that the team was super-excited to announce this feature (especially ahead of Team 26), hence the big blog post, but they had to have expected that people would be anxious to know WHEN they could expect to see this on their instances.

This is an ongoing concern. The following major changes were made outside of the Release Tracks process:

With the constant changes to Atlassian products, it's incredibly difficult to manage communications to our users about how their day-to-day usage of the tools may be different.

The changes above, and specifically New Navigation were announced outside of the monthly Release Track emails, which would mean we would have to be keeping a close eye out in our emails OR monitoring the Community Forums to hopefully catch these changes before they hit our instances.

Atlassian really needs to do a better job of using their existing process, or improving on it to allow for these changes that are happening outside of the normal monthly cadence.

Hi all - Loving the enthusiasm for Remix 😊 We just started rolling Remix out, so you'll see it over the next few weeks if you don't see it yet. Thanks for your patience as we continue to roll it out; can't wait to see what you remix!

Looks awesome. Tried few things with ROVO and it really tackled admin tasks gracefully. Quick question! Do you plan on providing an option to select LLM models within the chat interface?

Very much agree on this:

With the constant changes to Atlassian products, it's incredibly difficult to manage communications to our users about how their day-to-day usage of the tools may be different.

The changes above, and specifically New Navigation were announced outside of the monthly Release Track emails, which would mean we would have to be keeping a close eye out in our emails OR monitoring the Community Forums to hopefully catch these changes before they hit our instances.

Atlassian really needs to do a better job of using their existing process, or improving on it to allow for these changes that are happening outside of the normal monthly cadence.

I got an email about the new Space Insights feature recently, and for once actually found it in my App Updates admin section! It said ROLLOUT COMPLETE for all my environments April 26 so I was excited to try it out and... I didn't have it. I submitted a ticket and Atlassian said that not all teams use App Updates the same way and it was not actually available for me yet. This was April 30 and I still don't have it. So not even App Updates when something actually shows up there is reliable :/.

Atlassian, please please PLEASE make it possible for admins to see when new features will be released on their sites!
