Hey there, awesome admins! 🎉 Your friendly neighborhood product manager from the Rovo team here, ready to sprinkle some excitement into your day with our latest feature update: company theming for the Rovo browser extension! 🎨✨

Imagine this: your Rovo new tab page, but with a splash of your company's unique style. With company theming, you can change up the header with your company logo and give the background a makeover that screams "This is us!"

It's not just about looking good; it's about showing off how your company is embracing AI in a way that feels as natural as morning coffee within your employees' daily flows, rather than another tool to learn and check off.

(Heads up: We're gearing up for a visual revamp soon, so stay tuned for another update on how company theming will look in our snazzy new world!)

What can I customize with company theming?

Whitelist logo from Rovo to your company site logo

Background theme

Make the new tab background a canvas for your company site's design flair. 

How do I customize as an org admin?

1. Head over to the options on your Rovo new tab page, and scroll down to find your org admin console controls.

2. For a background change:

   1. Hit ‘Update’ in the Background section of your admin console settings.

   2. Choose your company wallpaper from your files by clicking ‘Open.’

   3. Upload it directly via the ‘Upload’ button or preview the background.

      1. Love what you see? Click ‘Save changes’ to lock it in.

3. For a logo change:

   1. Click ‘Update’ in the logo section of your admin console settings.

   2. Select and upload your logo from your files by clicking ‘Open.’

4. Watch as your company-wide AI & Rovo adoption skyrockets! 🚀

Psst… What's the scoop on admin vs. end-user theming?
This theming magic is in the hands of org admins and transforms the new tab experience for everyone. Admin-driven themes rule the roost over user-driven light/dark settings (but we're all ears for feedback on making this even better for admins!). End-user theming is on the horizon, but for now, company themes are the star of the show. When picking colors, think about how they'll shine in both Light and Dark themes.

I just want to share the feedback of ROVO, i have had a look on it, it felt it helps a lot of individuals using Intelligent features within their context. It is Agent AI which works like an assistant.
