How to check if the Assignee is in a 'Developers'(multi user picker) field?

Hi,

I need to check 'Assignee' (specified on the transition screen) is in Developers field.

I have been trying set 'Assignee' value from 'Developers' only if the specified Assignee not in the Developers list or if the Assignee is already in the Developers list no need to change Developers to Assignee.

Any help would be appreciated.
