When I want to create a testcase on my jiraboard, I need to fill in a resolution .
The resolution is whern the ticket is done, but I havn't even started yet.
Can someone explain how this can be fixed?
Hello @Frodo Veldt and welcome to the Community! Are you getting the Resolution screen pop-up window or a behavior indicating Resolution is a required field? Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing? Are you the Jira System Admin or is it someone else?

This sounds like an inexperienced admin has put the resolution on the create (and maybe edit) screen for the test case issue type. You need to get it removed, and made optional.
