I am using a custom field of type Database Picker Database Picker (adaptavist.com)https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/latest/jira/script-fields/database-picker.html and I would like to know if the database picker custom field in supported in ScriptRunner Cloud?

Not that I know of - the field types available are: Text, Number, Date, Datetime
You could check with Adaptavist Support though - see contact options on their Marketplace App listing's Support tab
