Behaviors - how can I get value of hidden field in Request Type?

Hi.

I am trying to restrict components based on the Request Type custom chooses in Portal.

I created custom field with similar naming as Request Type and I  hide it in Request Type, which presets the value.

Unfortunately, I am not able to get the value in Behaviours on that field.

Can you advise?
